According to the company statement, the development is expected to generate around ₹1,500 crore in revenue, while the developer plans to invest approximately ₹1,000 crore in the project. The proposed tower is envisioned as one of the tallest developments in the neighbourhood and will offer expansive ocean views, along with residences designed around privacy, open spaces and lifestyle-led experiences. As reported by Business Standard, the opportunity assumes significance given the scarcity of large, developable land parcels along the Carter Road coastline, one of Mumbai's most tightly held luxury residential markets.
The project features an exclusive collection of 5 BHK residences, each spanning over 6,500 sq. ft. and crafted to offer the ultimate in privacy, space, and sophistication. As reported by the company statement, every residence is planned with private sea-facing terraces, ensuring that homeowners can enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of their own living spaces. The land parcel includes two early 20th-century bungalows — Gladhurst and Kavas Lodge — which Supreme Universal acquired from a Parsi family. As reported by media sources, the properties stand on land owned by the Wavelash and Sunbeam housing societies. The developer acquired the bungalow parcel a few months ago and has since onboarded other residents of the societies to expand the redevelopment's scope. The company has secured consent from the housing society and its residents and is expected to begin the approval process shortly.
