This new phase spans 34 acres and comprises around 450 villa plots, each costing more than ₹1 crore. In the first phase, the company had offered 550 plots across 50 acres.
The Sumadhura Group project comes amid significant residential development activity in Whitefield, with multiple major developers launching projects in the area. Recent launches include Prestige Elm Park offering 3 & 4 BHK apartments from ₹2.18 crore with possession targeted for August 2026, and Prestige Evergreen featuring 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK units. The competitive landscape reflects strong investor confidence in Whitefield's real estate potential, with developers positioning projects across different price segments and unit configurations.
