The residential project is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180926/008948, demonstrating regulatory compliance for the residential development. The project is strategically situated in the high-demand Mysore Road corridor, which is experiencing rapid infrastructure expansion and represents a logical continuation of Puravankara's high-turnaround operational model. The new phase, branded Provident Equinox 6, targets domestic buyers and reinforces Puravankara's positioning as a key player in the city's mid-market residential segment.
Puravankara achieved exceptional financial performance in Q1 FY27, with pre-sales reaching ₹1,439 crore, marking a significant 28% year-on-year growth. As per CNBC TV18, the company also recorded sales volume growth of 9% to 1.36 million square feet during the first quarter. The average sales realization for Puravankara rose 18% year-on-year to ₹10,589 per square foot, reflecting improved pricing power and strong market demand. This robust performance is driven by Puravankara's multi-brand strategy across Puravankara, Provident Housing, and Purva Land, with the ongoing expansion of high-performing projects like Provident Equinox continuing to drive presales and cash flows. By extending an established development under the Provident Equinox banner, the company is likely aiming to leverage existing demand and scale in Bengaluru, which may support its growth trajectory and strengthen its presence in the regional real estate market.
The project launch reinforces the strategic positioning of Provident Housing within the Puravankara group portfolio. According to CNBC TV18, the company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the established real estate developer, leveraging the parent company's market presence and development expertise in the Bengaluru market. On Friday (September 18), shares of Puravankara Ltd ended at ₹213.50, down by ₹4.90, or 2.24% on the BSE, as reported by CNBC TV18. The launch of Phase 6 follows prior successful phases of the Provident Equinox township, reinforcing the developer's market share in the southern micro-markets and enabling sustained quarterly customer collection levels.
