According to reports from Business Standard, the project comprises 655 premium apartments across four towers, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,100 crore. The towers range from Ground + 30 floors to Ground + 22 floors, with the development also including two basements. Last month, Prestige Estates Projects had officially announced a major strategic investment agreement involving its hospitality division, Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited (PHVL). As reported by CNBC TV18, the company entered into a binding framework agreement with the CPP Investment Board Private Holdings and Prestige Hotel Ventures Ltd. (PHVL). Under this agreement, the CPPIB will be making an investment of up to ₹3,000 crore in Prestige Hotel Ventures, which will be deployed through multiple tranches, and will give CPPIB a 28% stake in the hotel unit.
As of June 2026, the Prestige Group has delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million sq ft and currently maintains a pipeline of 137 projects across 229 million sq ft.
