
According to property documents accessed by CRE Matrix, DHL Supply Chain has leased a 2.4 lakh sq ft commercial facility in Karnataka's Hoskote region at a monthly rent of ₹56.4 lakh. The property is located in Ekarajapura Village, Sulibele Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural district, and has been leased from M/s Saviraj Logistics. The agreement was registered on July 10, 2026.
As reported by CRE Matrix, the lease terms include ₹23.50 per sq ft per month for the chargeable area of 2,40,000 sq ft. The five-year lease will commence from August 1, 2026, though rent payments will start from November 1, 2026. This structure provides DHL with a three-month rent-free period from August 1 to October 31, 2026. The lease also includes a security deposit of ₹2.256 crore and carries a three-year lock-in period. The total lease value amounts to ₹37 crore over five years.
According to the lease details, the facility translates to an annualised rental outgo of ₹6.77 crore once rent commencement begins, before accounting for the annual escalation. The agreement includes annual rent escalation of 4.5% and CAM charges included in the monthly rent. The lease structure provides DHL with a long-term facility for its supply-chain operations while offering the lessor greater occupancy visibility.
