Realty firm Dalcore has awarded a ₹225 crore contract to BL Gupta Construction to build its housing project in Gurugram. According to reports from The Economic Times, the construction contract has been awarded for the company's project 'The Falcon' in Sector 53, Gurugram. Under the contract, BL Gupta Construction (P) Ltd will undertake the civil and structural construction works for the development.
The project, spread across nearly 2 acres, has 5 lakh sq ft of built-up area and will feature 96 apartments. As reported by The Economic Times, the luxury housing project is being developed in partnership with a global design and lifestyle brand, YOO. Founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox in 1999, London-headquartered YOO has completed over 85 projects in 36 countries.
In April, Dalcore had announced it would invest ₹500 crore to develop this luxury housing project in partnership with YOO. According to The Economic Times, real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield is serving as the strategic marketing partner for this project. The partnership combines Dalcore's development expertise with YOO's international design reputation to create a premium residential project in the Gurugram market.
