
Samco Mutual Fund has announced significant changes in the fund management responsibilities of its Samco Arbitrage Fund. According to reports from Samco Mutual Fund, the fund will now be managed by Manish Naiya (Co-Fund Manager), alongside existing fund managers Vishal Shinde, Komal Grover (Co-Fund Manager), Nirali Bhansali (Co-Fund Manager), Dhawal Ghanshyam Dhanani (Co-Fund Manager) and Umeshkumar Mehta. The current fund management team previously included Vishal Shinde, Komal Grover (Co-Fund Manager), Nirali Bhansali (Co-Fund Manager), Dhawal Ghanshyam Dhanani (Co-Fund Manager) and Umeshkumar Mehta, with Vishal Shinde serving as the previous fund manager.
The fund management changes will take effect from August 1, 2026. As reported by Samco Mutual Fund, this represents a comprehensive restructuring of the fund's management team, with the addition of Manish Naiya as the new co-fund manager. The change reflects the mutual fund's strategy to enhance its arbitrage fund offerings through updated management structure and expertise.
According to Value Research, Samco Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund - Regular Plan has delivered an annualised return of --% over the past five years as of July 31, 2026. The fund has an expense ratio of 2.10% and overall AUM of ₹190 crore. The fund allows minimum lumpsum investment of ₹5,000 and minimum SIP of ₹250, with the latest declared NAV at ₹10.0900 as of July 31, 2026. The fund invests in a mix of equity and fixed-income securities with dynamic allocation between the two categories.
