
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) distributions for two schemes effective March 2, 2026. According to reports from Upstox, the record date for both distributions is March 2, 2026, or the immediately following Business Day if that day is a Non-Business Day. Investors holding units under the Monthly IDCW option or Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW will be eligible for the distribution as per the specified record date. The distribution is subject to availability of distributable surplus as on the record date, with payments to be made net of tax deducted at source and applicable statutory levies.
For ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund, the quantum of IDCW on the face value of ₹10 per unit will be ₹0.07 under Monthly IDCW and Direct Plan – Monthly IDCW options. Similarly, for ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund, the quantum will be ₹0.16 under both options. As reported by Upstox, ICICI Prudential Trust, Trustee to ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, approved these distributions under the IDCW option. The NAV of IDCW options will fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy, if applicable.
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has announced significant fund manager revisions effective March 2, 2026. According to the announcement, Roshan Chutkey will replace Antariksha Banerjee in ICICI Prudential Banking & Financial Services Fund, while Antariksha Banerjee will replace Roshan Chutkey in ICICI Prudential Manufacturing Fund. In the FMCG sector, Priyanka Khandelwal will be replaced by Nitya Mishra in ICICI Prudential FMCG Fund.
In the ELSS category, Mittul Kalawadia will be replaced by Mittul Kalawadia & Priyanka Khandelwal in ICICI Prudential ELSS Tax Saver Fund. For the Large Cap segment, Sankaran Naren & Vaibhav Dusad will be replaced by Sankaran Naren, Vaibhav Dusad & Sharmila D'Silva. Notably, Sharmila D'Silva will manage the derivative segment going forward, as reported by Upstox.
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has issued an addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memoranda (KIMs) of various schemes. According to the announcement, investors are requested to take note of these updates, which form an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs of the above schemes remain unchanged, as reported by Upstox.
