The Tata CRISIL-IBX Financial Services 3-6 Months Debt Index Fund emerged as September 2026's biggest new fund offer (NFO), raising ₹544 crore according to AMFI data. Among equity offerings, Invesco India Pharma and Healthcare Fund led with ₹403 crore, followed by Bank of India Value Fund at ₹361 crore and The Wealth Company Multi Cap Fund at ₹135 crore. The five equity schemes launched in September collectively raised ₹998 crore. Notable index fund launches included UTI BSE India Sector Leaders Index Fund at ₹39 crore, Axis Nifty500 Low Volatility 50 Index Fund at ₹30 crore, and HDFC BSE REITS and Commercial Real Estate Index Fund at ₹31 crore. The category's performance bucked the overall market trend of declining fund mobilisation.
