
Bandhan AMC, one of India's leading asset management companies, has appointed Saurabh Jain as Chief Business Officer, according to the Mumbai-based asset management company's announcement. Jain joins from Standard Chartered Bank India, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management and Affluent Client Segments. With over two decades in financial services, Jain has previously held leadership roles at HDFC Bank and Citibank, spanning wealth management, private banking, investment strategy, product management, sales, distribution, client acquisition, and branch banking. At Standard Chartered, he led several strategic initiatives including the expansion of the bank's wealth management business and enhancement of its digital and advisory capabilities. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jain brings extensive experience across leading financial institutions and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, Bandhan AMC has expanded beyond conventional mutual fund products to offer alternative investment strategies, portfolio management services, specialised investment funds, and international solutions. Founded in 2000, the fund house operates across more than 100 cities and serves investors in nearly 800 locations nationwide.
