
Bakery products maker Q&T Foods Ltd has fixed the price at ₹115 per share for its initial public offering, which will open for subscription on August 12, 2026. The ₹26.24 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 22,82,400 equity shares having a face value of ₹10 each. The company has set the lot size at 1,200 shares with a grey market premium of ₹0 as of August 8, 2026. The IPO comprises a Market Maker Reservation of 1,15,200 equity shares while the Net Issue to the Public is 21,67,200 equity shares with no Offer for Sale.
