Shivani Nyati, Head of Wealth at Swastika Investmart Ltd, noted that Pranav Constructions made a strong debut at 33% premium to its IPO issue price, but attributed the sharp correction to profit booking and high volatility. She recommended existing investors hold with a stop loss of ₹130–132, while fresh investors should wait for the stock to stabilize before considering entry. "The company's strong presence in Mumbai's Western Suburbs, healthy growth and reasonable IPO valuation remain positives, but after the sharp listing gains, investors should avoid chasing the stock at higher levels," Nyati added. Mahesh M. Ojha from Kantilal Chhaganlal Securities, highlighted the company's strong presence in Mumbai's redevelopment market, sizeable project pipeline, asset-light business model and healthy earnings growth as key positives. However, he cautioned investors to monitor post-listing valuation, project execution and cash-flow generation before increasing exposure to the stock.
