The issue is entirely an Offer for Sale of 25.93 crore shares, meaning Lohia Corp will receive no proceeds from the offering. As reported by Business Standard, the total issue size is valued at approximately ₹1,101.28 crore at the upper price band. Of the total share for sale on OFS, about 21.54 crore equity shares are sold by promoters [Raj Kumar Lohia, Amit Kumar Lohia, Gaurav Lohia and a member of the promoter group Ritu Lohia] and balance 4.39 crore equity shares are sold by other selling shareholders [Alok Kumar Lohia, Anurag Lohia, and Anuja Lohia]. The ₹425 upper price band, against a floor price of ₹405, determined the final offer price for the 2.59 crore equity shares on sale. Bidders were required to apply in lots of 35 shares, translating to a minimum investment of ₹14,875 for retail participants. The company reported strong financial performance with revenue of ₹1,717 crore in FY26, up 25.3% year-on-year from ₹1,376.87 crore in FY25. Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 64.2% to ₹193.45 crore, while EBITDA increased 48.5% to ₹339.45 crore.
