According to Moneycontrol, these public issues span sectors ranging from e-commerce to FMCG, marking a significant increase in fundraising activity compared with this week when three IPOs hit the market. The Technocraft Ventures IPO will be the first to open from August 7-11, 2026, followed by LEAP India IPO and Dhoot Transmission IPO opening on August 10-12, 2026. Both LEAP India and Technocraft Ventures opened for subscription today, with LEAP India IPO closing at 0.26 times subscription and Technocraft Ventures IPO achieving 2.59 times subscription on Day 1. The upcoming week will also see Molbio Diagnostics IPO opening from August 10-12, 2026 with allotment on August 13, 2026 and listing on August 17, 2026. Milky Mist Dairy Foods IPO opens from August 11-13, 2026 with allotment on August 14, 2026 and listing on August 18, 2026. Shiprocket IPO opens from August 12-14, 2026 with allotment on August 17, 2026 and listing on August 19, 2026. Behari Lal Engineering IPO rounds out the week, opening from August 12-14, 2026 with allotment on August 17, 2026 and listing on August 19, 2026. In addition to these new issues, eight companies that launched their IPOs last week are set to list during this period. With these five new issues, the number of companies launching their IPOs this year will rise to 47.
The ₹3,066.9 crore Dhoot Transmission IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹1,400 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,666.9 crore by promoters Bain Capital-owned BC Asia InvestmentsXV and Mangalam Capital. As reported by Moneycontrol, the Maharashtra-based electrical and electronics company that manufactures wiring harnesses and electrical distribution systems for automotive and non-automotive applications has fixed a price band of ₹829-871 per share. The company raised ₹918 crore via anchor book on August 7, a day before opening for public subscription. The IPO is managed by JM Financial, Avendus Capital, IIFL Capital Services, and UBS Securities India. According to Business Standard, Dhoot Transmission leads with a premium of nearly 30%, indicating strong investor interest in the electrical equipment manufacturer.
The ₹939.70 crore Molbio Diagnostics IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹200 crore and an offer for sale of ₹739.70 crore by existing shareholders. According to Moneycontrol, the Goa-based point-of-care molecular diagnostics company that is backed by Temasek and Motilal Oswal has fixed a price band of ₹768-807 per share. The company raised ₹281 crore via anchor book on August 7, a day before opening for public subscription. The IPO is managed by JM Financial, Avendus Capital, IIFL Capital Services, and UBS Securities India. After accounting for the fresh issue and proposed debt repayment, the enterprise value works out to about ₹7,700-7,800 crore, or around 20-20.5 times FY26 EBITDA.
LEAP India IPO GMP today is ₹14.5, indicating an estimated listing price of ₹173.5 per share, which is 9.12% higher than the IPO price of ₹159. As reported by LiveMint, the grey market premium trend appears to be declining over the past four sessions, with GMP fluctuating between ₹3 and ₹8. Technocraft Ventures IPO GMP today is ₹15, suggesting an estimated listing price of ₹227 per share, which is 4.72% higher than the IPO price of ₹212. The grey market activity over the past six sessions shows rising GMP, with fluctuations between ₹0.00 and ₹10. Grey market trends favour LEAP India over Technocraft Ventures, with the KKR-backed IPO indicating an estimated listing gain of 9.12% compared with 7.08% for Technocraft Ventures. Both IPOs are expected to finalise allotments on August 12 and list on the BSE and NSE on August 14.
