The Fly-Hi Maritime IPO is commanding a 5% grey market premium (GMP), suggesting expectations of a modest premium listing. Based on the latest GMP, the estimated listing price stands at around ₹107 per share, representing a premium of approximately ₹5 over the upper issue price of ₹102. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and actual listing performance can differ depending on market conditions and investor demand. The Farm Peace IPO, priced at ₹59 per share, is currently trading at zero GMP, indicating expectations of a flat debut if current grey-market trends hold.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 41.60 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale of 9.99 lakh shares, aggregating to approximately ₹52.63 crore. As reported by the company statement, the net proceeds from the IPO will fund working capital requirements, debt repayment, business marketing, development activities, and general corporate purposes. Corporate Makers Capital serves as the sole book-running lead manager for the IPO, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. acts as the registrar. The company expects issue expenses to account for approximately ₹6.03 crore.
For retail investors, the minimum application requirement is 2 lots (2,400 shares), translating into a minimum investment of ₹2,44,800 at the issue price. For HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots (3,600 shares), requiring an investment of ₹3,67,200. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 4, 2026, with shares tentatively scheduled to make their BSE SME debut on September 8, 2026.
Fly-Hi Maritime Travels operates in a specialized segment, providing comprehensive travel management solutions for crew members of commercial shipping companies. According to the company statement, it is an IATA accredited entity and focuses on supporting seamless crew movement in line with vessel schedules and operational requirements. The company reported total revenue of ₹62.21 crore and profit after tax of ₹8.42 crore in FY26.
Jitendra Kumar Negi and Mridul Dilip Singhvi, Promoters of Fly-Hi Maritime Travels Ltd, stated that the issue will strengthen their operations and financial capabilities as they grow in the specialized marine travel segment.
