Digital lending platform Fibe delivered impressive asset under management growth, with AUM rising 63.31% year-on-year to ₹8,603 crore as of March 31, 2026. According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, this surge was primarily driven by growth in personal loans and purpose-driven financing segments. The company's draft papers reveal that personal loans accounted for ₹6,657 crore, representing 77% of total AUM, while purpose-driven financing stood at ₹1,946 crore. Fibe's purpose-driven financing business covers diverse segments including education, healthcare, insurance, travel, e-commerce and rooftop solar.
As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, Fibe demonstrated consistent growth over the past three years. The company's AUM expanded from ₹4,064 crore in March 2024 to ₹5,268 crore in March 2025, before reaching the current level of ₹8,603 crore by March 2026. This progressive growth pattern reflects the platform's successful expansion in the digital lending space and its ability to attract and manage larger loan portfolios across its key segments.
According to the company's draft papers filed with SEBI in June, Fibe's parent firm, Social Worth Technologies, is planning to raise funds through an initial public offering. As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, the proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹750 crore and an Offer-for-Sale of over 4 crore equity shares by existing shareholders. The proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilized to invest in the material subsidiary, ESPL, to augment its capital base to support onward lending requirements, along with meeting general corporate purposes.
