As reported by BSE SME, the IPO comprised 55.5 lakh equity shares with a price band fixed between ₹128 to ₹135 per share. Complete Sports and Management India raised ₹21.32 crore from anchor investors on 27 August 2026, allotting 15.79 lakh shares at ₹135 each to 8 anchor investors. The shares were allotted at ₹135.00 per share with a lot size of 1,000 shares.
According to Business Standard, Complete Sports and Management India, founded in 2002, sources, trades, distributes, installs, and maintains amusement and leisure equipment while providing installation, maintenance and consulting services. The company's product portfolio includes bowling solutions, arcade games, soft play areas, trampoline parks, laser tag, bumper cars, go-karting systems and cashless gaming solutions. As of 31 July 2026, the company employed 136 people. The company recorded revenue from operations of ₹113.56 crore and net profit of ₹17.95 crore for the period ended 31 March 2026.
As reported by Business Standard, the company plans to utilize the net proceeds for funding capital expenditure requirements towards purchasing gaming equipment and other capital equipment including computers, printers and software, equipment and tools, and CCTV and safety equipment for its existing warehouse at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The funds will also support the establishment of a Duckpin The Bowling Bistro entertainment centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and for repayment of outstanding borrowings from banks and financial institutions. The company serves family entertainment centres, clubs, hotels, resorts, corporate clients and residential developments in India and overseas.
