SpaceX is reportedly planning a $75 billion IPO at $135 per share, potentially valuing the company at around $1.75 trillion. According to reports from Kotak News Desk, the IPO could become one of the biggest IPOs in global market history, with roughly 555.6 million shares being offered as part of the transaction. The company is preparing to enter investor roadshow discussions soon, with discussions with investors expected to begin soon. A notable feature of this potential offering is that SpaceX could enter its investor roadshow with a pre-determined price rather than the usual price band used by most IPOs. Reports suggest that as much as 30% of the issue could be earmarked for retail participants, which would be significantly higher than what is generally seen in large public offerings. The IPO is expected to be structured as a fresh issue, meaning the funds raised would go directly to the company, with existing shareholders not expected to offload stock through the proposed offering.

According to stock exchange data, bids were received for nearly 130 million shares, 3.1 times the total 41.6 million shares on offer. Most bids were concentrated around ₹323 per share, compared with the floor price of ₹303. The strong demand enabled the Centre to divest a 3% stake and raise about ₹1,365 crore. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) announced on Tuesday that it will earmark 10% of its annual corporate social responsibility (CSR) corpus for deployment through projects listed on the NSE Social Stock Exchange (SSE). The announcement follows a recent regulatory change that allows companies to channel their CSR expenditure through subscriptions to Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instruments listed on SSEs. NSE stated that deploying a portion of its own CSR corpus through the SSE could encourage broader institutional participation and support innovative social-financing mechanisms. This initiative signals NSE's commitment to promoting social impact investing and supporting the development of the Social Stock Exchange platform.
