According to reports from Live Mint, the shares listed at the same price as the issue price, indicating a flat market entry. The grey market premium (GMP) for the IPO stood at ₹0 per share, which had also indicated a likely listing price of around ₹163 - same as the upper end of the issue price band.
The CKK Retail Mart IPO witnessed decent subscription during its three-day bidding period, achieving 1.63 times oversubscription by the end of Day 3. As reported by Live Mint, the retail portion was subscribed 2.12 times, the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was booked 1.52 times, and the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment received 1.12 times bids. The company received bids for 73.97 lakh shares against 45.26 lakh shares on offer.
The public issue, aggregating to ₹88 crore, comprised a fresh issue of 0.44 crore equity shares amounting to ₹71.85 crore, along with an offer for sale of 0.10 crore shares worth ₹16.17 crore. According to the offer document reported by Live Mint, the company planned to deploy proceeds across several areas: ₹10.20 crore for acquiring leasehold plots along with warehouses, ₹1.90 crore for repair and refurbishment of warehouses, ₹43 crore for working capital requirements, and ₹9.70 crore for general corporate purposes.
Incorporated in 2005, CKK Retail Mart operates in the distribution of packaged agro-commodities including sugar, rice, pulses, and ghee, along with packaged products such as milk powder and soft drinks. As reported by Live Mint, the company follows a 'farm-to-fork' model, offering agro-products under brands such as Braunz and Jivanam, while its beverage portfolio includes carbonated drinks like jeera and lemon soda. In April 2025, the company expanded its product range with the launch of 'Fruitzzzup', a fruit pulp-based juice brand.
