Caliber Mining & Logistics has delivered impressive financial growth, with a ₹9,551 crore order book, equivalent to nearly 5.7 times FY26 revenue, providing meaningful near-term revenue visibility. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹157.90 crore and income from operations of ₹1,677.66 crore for the twelve months ended March 31, 2026. In FY26, the company extracted 4.48 million metric tonnes (MT) of coal from open-cast mines and removed 128.07 million cubic meters (Mcum) of overburden across seven open-cast mining projects. Coal mining services remained the company's primary revenue contributor, accounting for 86.08% of revenue from operations in FY26, up from 80.55% in FY25. Logistics contributed 12.44% of revenue (16.39% in FY25), followed by rake loading at 0.54%, rail coordination services at 0.02%, and coal trading at 0.92%. The ₹450-crore IPO consists of a fresh issue of 94.33 lakh equity shares worth ₹400 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 11.79 lakh shares valued at ₹50 crore. The public issue opened for subscription on July 17 and closed on July 21 with the price band fixed at ₹402 to ₹424 per share. Since the IPO includes an offer for sale, the company will not receive any proceeds from that portion. Of the net proceeds, the company proposed to utilize ₹208 crore towards repayment and/or prepayment of outstanding borrowings, ₹167 crore towards funding capital expenditure for the purchase of commercial vehicles and plant & machinery, and the balance towards general corporate purposes.
