As per Moneycontrol, investment bank Jefferies is acting as the advisor to the transaction, providing professional guidance throughout the fundraising process. The QIP committee of the firm's board of directors authorized the opening of the issue with the floor price of ₹230.79 per share, as disclosed to stock exchanges on July 14. The company retains the option to offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, implying an indicative issue price of ₹220 per share, which is 5.3% below the last closing price.
Belrise Industries delivered robust financial results for Q4 FY26, with consolidated net profit jumping 18.37% to ₹130.23 crore compared to the same period last year.
