According to Business Standard, the counter hit a high of ₹342.90 and a low of ₹313.20, with approximately 34.60 lakh shares changing hands during the trading session.
The IPO received an overall subscription of 149.13 times, demonstrating exceptional investor interest. The retail portion was subscribed 104.22 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category was booked 164.56 times. However, the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment saw even stronger demand, with subscription reaching 233.36 times. As reported by Business Standard, the Rs 177.81 crore public issue comprised a fresh issue of 53 lakh equity shares worth Rs 142.69 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 13 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 35.12 crore. The company also raised ₹50.64 crore from anchor investors, allotting 18.75 lakh shares at ₹270 per share to 19 anchor investors on August 3, 2026.
The company's financial performance showed remarkable growth, with total income surging 81% from Rs 79.4 crore in FY25 to Rs 143.63 crore in FY26. More notably, profit after tax (PAT) nearly tripled, climbing 198% from Rs 12.31 crore in FY25 to Rs 36.63 crore in FY26. According to Business Standard, the IPO was priced in the range of Rs 257–Rs 270 per share, with the company recording revenue from operations of ₹143.27 crore and net profit of ₹36.63 crore for the period ended March 31, 2026.
Anawil Wire & Engineering specialises in producing customised tubular steel wind turbine towers of up to 140 metres in height for leading wind turbine generator (WTG) manufacturers and renewable energy companies. As reported by Business Standard, the company began commercial operations in April 2021, initially manufacturing weldmesh and boiler and paper machinery components, before entering the wind energy sector in 2023. The company now focuses on fabricating wind turbine tower components and operates with 95 permanent employees and 767 contractual workers as of May 31, 2026. The company's promoter and promoter group shareholding diluted to 65.26% from 89.35% pre-issue, with the IPO comprising 65,85,600 equity shares including a fresh issue of 52,84,800 equity shares and OFS of 13,00,800 equity shares.
