As reported by TradingView News, the company's market capitalisation, which stood at ₹381.51 crore at the time of listing, has fallen to ₹280.92 crore, representing a decline of over ₹100 crore. This represents one of the most severe post-listing declines in recent market history.
The company's ₹126.25-crore IPO, priced at ₹105 per share, was subscribed 1.4 times during the three-day bidding period from July 14 to July 16. According to TradingView News, the stock made a flat market debut on July 21, with shares listing at ₹105 on the NSE. The IPO was priced at a discount to the listing price, indicating weak investor sentiment even before the market debut.
Incorporated in February 2016, the company is engaged in the business of dyeing and processing fabrics, with a focus on producing high-quality textiles. As reported by Moneycontrol, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the company reported a total income of ₹350.18 crore, marking a 47 percent increase from ₹237.66 crore in the previous fiscal year. Profit after tax saw a significant jump of 152 percent year-on-year to ₹21.72 crore from ₹8.63 crore, while EBITDA also improved substantially to ₹47.45 crore from ₹27.00 crore.
