At the NSE listing price, investors who received shares in the IPO saw a gain of ₹50 per share, while on the BSE, the gain stood at ₹57 per share.
The A-One Steels India IPO received strong investor demand during its three-day bidding period, achieving 12.23 times overall subscription. As reported by Goodreturns, the QIB portion was subscribed 7.69 times, while the NII portion saw 25.80 times subscription. The retail portion was subscribed 9.11 times, and the employee portion recorded 5.15 times subscription. The company received bids for more than 8.57 crore shares against around 70.15 lakh shares available during the subscription period.
According to Goodreturns, A-One Steels India launched its ₹405-crore book-built IPO between September 24 and September 28, 2026, with a price band fixed at ₹385 to ₹405 per share. The issue comprised a fresh issue of ₹355 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹50 crore, with each share having a face value of ₹10. The IPO was listed on both the NSE and BSE on October 1, 2026.
As reported by Goodreturns, at 11:32 AM, A-One Steels shares were trading at ₹415.20 on the NSE, which was 2.52% above the IPO issue price but 8.75% below its NSE listing price.
