
Dalal Street witnessed the highest number of small and medium enterprise (SME) listings in a single day in calendar year 2026 on Tuesday, July 7, with six companies making their stock market debut after concluding their initial public offerings. According to Business Standard, this surpassed the previous highest single-day tally of four SME listings recorded on June 24, when Clay Craft India, Diksha Polymers, Liotech Industries and Leapfrog Engineering Services debuted on the exchanges. The six IPOs collectively raised ₹185.14 crore, representing a significant addition to primary market activity with these companies spanning diverse sectors including cybersecurity, logistics, engineering services, and retail operations.
Kratikal Tech emerged as the standout performer, raising ₹39.69 crore through a fresh issue of approximately 29 lakh equity shares. As reported by The Economic Times, the AI-driven cybersecurity company achieved an overall subscription of 205 times, indicating exceptional investor interest in its cyber risk management solutions. The company's final issue price was fixed at ₹135 per share during the subscription period from June 30 to July 2, 2026. On its market debut, Kratikal Tech traded at ₹192, representing a 42.22% premium to the issue price, with the stock hitting a high of ₹199 and low of ₹182. The scrip is currently up 4.69% over its listing price, with about 13.41 lakh shares changing hands at the counter. According to Business Standard, Kratikal Tech delivered the second-highest listing gain among the six debutants.
Teja Engineering Industries emerged as the top performer among the six debutants, with shares listing at ₹418 apiece on the NSE SME, representing a 90% premium over the issue price of ₹220 per share. As reported by Business Standard, the stock extended gains after listing, rising 5% to hit the upper circuit of ₹438.90 per share, where trading was halted for the day. At this level, the stock traded 99.5% above its issue price. The company raised ₹37.36 crore through a fresh issue of approximately 17 lakh equity shares with a final issue price of ₹220 per share.
The six SME listings showed a mixed performance pattern, with four companies listing at a premium to their respective issue prices while two companies debuted at a discount. According to Business Standard, Atharva Polyplast made a strong market debut, opening at ₹69 per share on BSE SME, representing a 15% premium over its IPO price of ₹60. Sampark India Logistics provided end-to-end logistics solutions, debuting at ₹89 per share, up 5.95% from its issue price of ₹84. However, Seemax Resources made a weak market debut, with shares listing at ₹112 apiece against the issue price of ₹141, a discount of 20.56%. Vinit Mobile also listed below its issue price, debuting at ₹155 against the IPO price of ₹158 per share, reflecting a discount of 1.89%.
