Motilal Oswal has issued a buy rating on Sri Lotus Developers and Realty with a target price of ₹230, representing a 19% potential upside from current levels. According to Motilal Oswal's research report dated August 04, 2026, the brokerage firm assigned a 50% NAV premium to reflect the company's future growth potential. The recommendation comes after LOTUSDEV delivered exceptional operational performance in the first quarter of FY27.
The company reported presales of ₹4.1 billion in Q1FY27, marking a 5.7x year-on-year increase and coming in 37% above Motilal Oswal's estimates. As reported by Motilal Oswal, Lotus Celestia, which was launched in March 2026, was the primary driver, accounting for approximately 68% of quarterly presales at ₹2.7 billion. This strong performance demonstrates the company's ability to execute its project launches effectively.
During Q1FY27, Sri Lotus Developers launched Lotus Trident in Andheri West and Lotus Aquaria in Prabhadevi, with a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹13.5 billion. According to Motilal Oswal's report, while both projects were launched toward the end of June, their contribution to Q1FY27 presales was limited due to the timing. However, the brokerage expects strong contribution from these projects in Q2 as they gain momentum in the market.
Motilal Oswal's positive stance on Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is based on the company's strong operational performance and future growth prospects. The brokerage's 50% NAV premium valuation reflects confidence in the company's ability to capitalize on its project launches and maintain its growth trajectory. The recommendation suggests that investors may find value in the stock at current levels, given the company's demonstrated execution capabilities and upcoming project contributions.
