According to reports from ET Now, Bothra has provided specific price targets and stop-loss levels for these recommendations. Larsen & Toubro carries a share price target of ₹4,120 with a stop-loss at ₹3,940, while SBI Life Insurance has a target of ₹2,000 and stop-loss at ₹1,850. Additional analyst recommendations include L&T with targets of ₹4,100, ₹4,250, and ₹4,400 and RBL Bank with targets of ₹400, ₹420, and ₹440. Latest recommendations from Bothra include JSW Steel with a target of ₹1,366 and stop-loss at ₹1,310, and PB Fintech with a target of ₹1,680 and stop-loss at ₹1,580.
The Indian stock market is expected to open slightly higher on Thursday (August 6), as indicated by the GIFT Nifty. As reported by ET Now, the GIFT Nifty was up 0.2 per cent, or 40.5 points, at 24,702.50 as of 8:15 am. However, the market may face headwinds due to weakness across Asian markets. The GIFT Nifty is a pre-market indicator for the Nifty 50 and often signals whether the benchmark index is likely to open higher, lower, or flat based on global market cues.
The 30-share BSE Sensex rose 152.05 points, or 0.19 per cent, to close at 78,581 on August 5, with 17 constituents ending higher, 12 lower, and one unchanged. According to ET Now, the index opened on a positive note and touched an intraday high of 79,055.38 during the first half of the session, but erased most of its gains later in the day, slipping into negative territory before recovering. It hit an intraday low of 78,285.74, down 769.64 points from the day's high. The 50-share NSE Nifty gained 9.75 points, or 0.04 per cent, to settle at 24,624.65, during the session touching an intraday high of 24,677.60 and a low of 24,497.95.
For Tuesday's trading, the Nifty levels to watch include support at 24,500 and resistance at 25,000. Asian markets showed mixed performance with Japan's Nikkei 225 slipping over 1 per cent to 65,523.50, South Korea's KOSPI trading around 4 per cent lower at 6,345.08, Hong Kong's Hang Seng falling 2 per cent to 25,463, while China's Shanghai Composite edged up 0.3 per cent to 3,891.59. The broader market structure remains strong despite the mixed global cues.
