According to reports from Live Mint, Angel One has issued a 'buy' recommendation for Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd with a 12-month target price of ₹845, representing approximately 39% upside from the current share price of ₹608. The Gujarat-based pharmaceutical company has struggled to sustain gains above its 52-week high of ₹770 reached at the end of May 2026, making it an ideal sell-on-rise candidate in the current market environment.
As reported by Live Mint, Lincoln Pharmaceuticals delivered robust Q1 FY27 results with consolidated net profit rising 30.9% year-on-year to ₹36 crore. The company's total income grew 19% to ₹202 crore, while EBITDA increased 32% to ₹52 crore. According to Angel One, the growth was broad-based with core operating profit (excluding other income) up approximately 15% YoY on similar revenue growth, maintaining stable operating margins near 15.5%. The strong performance builds on FY26 results of revenue of ₹704 crore and PAT of ₹88 crore.
According to Live Mint, Lincoln Pharmaceuticals operates as an Ahmedabad-based branded-generic formulations company with a portfolio of 600+ formulations across 15+ therapeutic areas. The company maintains a strong domestic franchise in cardiac, diabetic, dermatology, gynaecology, ENT and anti-infective segments, while expanding its export presence across 60+ countries. Management has set an ambitious target of ₹1,000 crore revenue within the next three years, with the company targeting 15-18% annual growth to achieve this milestone.
As reported by Live Mint, Angel One values the stock at approximately 15x FY27E EPS of ₹56, with the target price underpinned by a diversified branded-generic portfolio, debt-free balance sheet, and widening regulated-market export franchise. The brokerage notes that at 14.5x trailing earnings, Lincoln trades at a steep discount to the 30x pharma-sector median, leaving room for re-rating as earnings compound. However, Angel One cautions that a portion of recent profit growth is other-income-driven, making the pace of core operating delivery the key monitorable factor for investors.
