IndusInd Bank and EazyDiner officially launched the EazyDiner IndusInd Bank Platinum Credit Card on the RuPay network on August 7, 2026. According to the latest regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this lifetime-free card offers significant annual benefits to cardholders. The filing was signed by Anand Kumar Das, Company Secretary, and uploaded to the bank's website from Mumbai, demonstrating the formal regulatory compliance for this strategic partnership.
The card provides ₹21,495 in annual benefits, comprising ₹18,000 in annual extra dining savings through payments made on the EazyDiner app. According to the latest regulatory disclosure, the card offers an additional ₹500 discount on dining up to three times a month through the EazyDiner app, translating to ₹18,000 in annual dining savings. Additional benefits include a complimentary BookMyShow 'Buy One Get One' movie ticket every month, which translates to ₹2,400 annually, and a three-month complimentary EazyDiner Prime membership valued at ₹1,095. EazyDiner Prime members enjoy guaranteed discounts ranging from 25% to 50% across over 40,000 premium restaurants in India and Dubai.
The card operates on the RuPay network with UPI capability, allowing users to link it to their preferred UPI app and make payments at UPI QR codes while earning points on transactions. As reported by NDTV Profit, this integration enables seamless payment processing across multiple platforms. The card also provides RuPay's UPI capability, allowing users to access benefits across dining, entertainment and membership services through any UPI app. The ₹21,495 estimated annual savings package reveals a strategic focus on transaction-based incentives, with approximately 83% of total value coming from extra dining savings via the EazyDiner app, suggesting the primary driver for customer acquisition is increased frequency of restaurant bookings and payments through the platform.
Kapil Chopra, Founder of EazyDiner, stated that the card was designed to reward customers for dining out while fitting into the way consumers make payments today. According to the latest regulatory disclosure, the RuPay integration allows customers to use the card through any UPI app while accessing benefits across dining, entertainment and membership. Jagdeep Mallareddy, Executive Director of IndusInd Bank, emphasized that the partnership combines the convenience of RuPay credit card payments on UPI with dining privileges, targeting customers seeking premium dining and entertainment benefits without annual fees. Chopra noted that the card rewards and multiplies dining moments while fitting naturally into India's payment habits, with the partnership delivering an elevated customer experience through exclusive dining privileges.
