Other major participants included WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund (₹15.87 lakh shares), ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (₹14.29 lakh shares), HDFC Standard Life Insurance (₹12.70 lakh shares), Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE (₹9.86 lakh shares), and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore (nearly ₹10 lakh shares across two transactions). As per the shareholding pattern of June 2026, Alpha Wave Ventures held 4.64% stake in Lenskart Solutions before the transaction.
