
Several companies are set to announce their quarterly results today, with Container Corporation of India reporting a 12.4% decline in profit to ₹262.7 crore compared to ₹299.8 crore in the previous year, while revenue fell marginally by 1.1% to ₹2,263.3 crore. In contrast, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility showed strong performance with profit surging 94.5% to ₹314.3 crore versus ₹161.6 crore year-on-year, and revenue growing 15.5% to ₹3,535.8 crore. Pine Labs achieved a significant turnaround with profit of ₹59.4 crore compared to a loss of ₹28.9 crore in the previous year, while revenue soared 17% to ₹700.5 crore. Pine Labs has also reported strong Q3 FY 2025-26 performance with consolidated revenues increasing 15.9% quarter-on-quarter and net profit surging 610.1% QoQ, though year-on-year comparisons show mixed results.
Hitachi Energy India reported exceptional growth with profit surging 79.7% to ₹330.5 crore compared to ₹183.9 crore in the previous year, while revenue grew 46.2% to ₹2,754 crore. Suprajit Engineering showed remarkable performance with profit jumping 161.1% to ₹71.1 crore versus ₹27.2 crore year-on-year, and revenue increasing 18.8% to ₹1,041.9 crore. Awfis Space Solutions demonstrated strong momentum with profit zooming 107% to ₹23.2 crore compared to ₹11.2 crore, and revenue soaring 20.7% to ₹410.1 crore.
Bharat Electronics has secured additional orders worth ₹608 crore since May 5, including communication equipment, avionics, and coastal surveillance systems. The company also announced that Avneesh Barua has resigned as CFO, with his last working day being May 29. One 97 Communications (Paytm) announced the closure of its qualified institutions placement (QIP) on May 25, raising ₹4,000 crore at ₹525 per share, with SBI Equity Hybrid Fund receiving ₹1,937 crore worth of shares and GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund getting ₹965.3 crore.
Premier Energies witnessed significant promoter selling with promoters selling 2.39 crore equity shares (5.29% stake) valued at ₹2,290.58 crore at ₹955 per share. The selling included Surenderpal Singh Saluja, Manjeet Kaur Saluja, Charandeep Singh Saluja, and Jasveen Kaur Saluja. Global Health saw HDFC Mutual Fund purchase 10 lakh shares (0.37% stake) from Sunil Sachdeva for ₹122.5 crore at ₹1,225 per share. Teamtech Formwork Solutions is scheduled for SME listing today.
