
SIS Limited, a provider of security, facility management and cash logistics solutions, has acquired an additional 1.51% stake in Updater Services through open-market transactions on September 3. According to bulk deal data, SIS bought 10.12 lakh shares for ₹23.76 crore at a price of ₹234.59 per share. In the current quarter, SIS has acquired 21.92 lakh shares, or a 3.27% stake, in Updater Services, in addition to its 4.88% shareholding as of June 2026. The Chennai-headquartered integrated facilities management company's shares responded positively to the transaction, soaring 2.23% to ₹236.61 amid heavy volumes and extending their uptrend for the fifth consecutive session.
Taurus Mutual Fund Flexicap Share Multi Cap sold 4.82 lakh shares, representing a 1.05% stake in Advit Jewels, a manufacturer of handcrafted fine jewellery under the brand name Rambhaj, for ₹11.63 crore at a price of ₹241 per share. However, Ramesh Sawalram Saraogi bought 5 lakh shares, representing a 1.09% stake in Advit Jewels, for ₹12.14 crore at a price of ₹242.92 per share.
Alpa Wealth Creator sold 3.38 lakh shares, equivalent to a 1.84% stake in KSR Footwear, for ₹1.06 crore at a price of ₹31.43 per share. However, Ranu Parwal HUF bought 1.5 lakh shares in KSR Footwear for ₹46.8 lakh, while Indra Investment acquired 1.5 lakh shares for ₹47.38 lakh. KSR Footwear shares rallied 7% to ₹31.54 amid heavy volumes on the NSE. Chanakya Opportunities Fund I acquired an additional 1.08 lakh shares, representing a 1.43% stake in packaging solutions provider Bulkcorp International, at ₹75.59 per share, valued at ₹81.63 lakh. However, Care Wealth Advisors LLP exited Bulkcorp by selling all 91,200 shares, representing a 1.21% stake, for ₹68.94 lakh at ₹75.60 per share. As of March 2026, Chanakya Opportunities Fund held a 5.04% stake in Bulkcorp, with Bulkcorp shares locked in a 5% upper circuit at ₹75.60 amid heavy volumes on the NSE.
