The National Stock Exchange has announced that Sammaan Capital Ltd. shares will be excluded from the Futures & Options segment starting July 1, 2026. According to the latest circular issued by NSE, no futures and options contracts of Sammaan Capital will be issued from this date. However, the existing unexpired contracts of April 2026, May 2026 and June 2026 will continue to remain available for trading until their respective expiry dates, with new strikes also being introduced in the existing contract months.
As of Thursday, Sammaan Capital's shares continue to remain in the F&O ban, which means no new positions can be taken in the stock. The stock had entered the ban at the start of the April series itself and has stayed in the ban since. According to reports from CNBC TV18, Sammaan Capital has been one stock that generally continues to remain in the Futures & Options ban through a given series, exits the ban only when the series ends or close to expiry, and re-enters the F&O ban a day or two after a new series begins.
Shares of Sammaan Capital ended 0.8% lower on Thursday at ₹155.2. Despite the recent decline, the stock has shown 11% growth over the last one month. However, it remains 20% down from its 52-week high levels, indicating a mixed performance trajectory for the company's stock price.
