
According to reports from Moneycontrol, Ramco Management acquired 2.7% equity stake in Ramco Systems through open market transactions on February 3. The promoter group purchased 10.2 lakh shares at ₹500.02 per share, totaling ₹51 crore. Simultaneously, HDFC Mutual Fund sold 9.74 lakh shares representing 2.6% stake at ₹499.2 per share for ₹48.65 crore. As reported by Moneycontrol, HDFC AMC through its Balanced Advantage Fund held 5.45% equity shareholding in Ramco Systems as of December 2025.
As reported by Moneycontrol, Ramco Systems shares rallied 3.1% to ₹501.35 amid high volumes on the NSE, extending the upward journey for the seventh consecutive session. The stock movement came after formation of a bullish engulfing pattern on January 26. According to Moneycontrol, the promoter acquisition and HDFC MF stake sale occurred during bulk deal transactions on February 3.
According to Moneycontrol, Singularity AMC-owned Singularity Equity Fund I sold 6.21 lakh shares (0.73% stake) in Capacite Infraprojects at ₹227.39 per share for ₹14.12 crore. Despite the stake sale, the construction engineering company's stock rallied 7.5% to close at ₹228.61 on Tuesday. Additionally, Pine Oak Global Fund acquired 1.5 crore shares (5.18% stake) in Vardhman Polytex at ₹6.9 per share for ₹10.35 crore from Raminder Pal Singh. Vardhman Polytex surged 12% to ₹511.95 after strong gap-up opening, with the bullish gap remaining unfilled.
As reported by Moneycontrol, Pine Oak Global Fund also acquired 1 lakh shares in Candour Techtex at ₹149.45 per share for ₹1.49 crore. Meanwhile, 360 ONE Prime sold 79.1 lakh units in Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIT at ₹351 per unit for ₹277.64 crore. According to Moneycontrol, these transactions were part of the bulk deal activity on February 3.
