Wipro delivered mixed Q2FY27 results with revenue reaching $2.583 billion, beating estimates by 0.51% and marking a 1.02% increase year-over-year. However, net profit declined sequentially to ₹32 billion from ₹33.5 billion, missing the consensus estimate of ₹32.5 billion. The company's IT services operating margin improved to 16.5%, up 0.5% quarter-over-quarter, while EBIT margin expanded to 16.14% from 15.64% in the previous quarter. Earnings per share stood at ₹3.23, representing a 0.9% sequential increase and 4.2% year-over-year growth. Despite revenue beating estimates, the sequential decline in net profit suggests non-operating factors impacted the bottom line, with large deal bookings dropping 58.6% quarter-over-quarter indicating potential pressure on future growth momentum.
