Iris Clothing Limited reported robust financial performance for Q1 FY27, with net profit rising to ₹401.24 lakh from ₹263.01 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Revenue from operations increased significantly to ₹4,728.31 lakh in Q1FY27, compared with ₹3,742.59 lakh in Q1FY26. Total expenses during the quarter rose to ₹4,190.02 lakh, against ₹3,379.32 lakh a year earlier. The company recorded a tax expense of ₹137.05 lakh and other comprehensive income of ₹4.25 lakh, taking its total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 to ₹405.49 lakh.
In a key strategic development, the board of directors approved a proposal to acquire a 51% stake in Infinita Lifestyle Private Limited at its meeting held on 8 July 2026. The proposed acquisition remains subject to shareholder approval and any other regulatory clearances required under applicable laws. As of 30 June 2026, the company did not have any subsidiaries, associates, or joint ventures and therefore was not required to prepare consolidated financial statements.
