According to ICICI Securities research report, recruitment billings grew 17.5% YoY, driven by enterprise renewals, premium hiring demand and AI-led offerings. Management highlighted that recruitment's AI offerings (AI REX and Talent Pulse) are gaining traction and helping expand the Total Addressable Market (TAM). B2C billings also grew 35% YoY, with paid conversion improving significantly from 1.2% to 2.6%.
