Broader markets significantly outperformed the benchmarks, with the Nifty Midcap 150 ending more than 1.2% higher, snapping a two-day losing streak. L&T Technology Services and PI Industries were the top gainers on the index, rising more than 7% each. The positive momentum continued into Tuesday evening, with Gift Nifty futures for June 30, 2026 expiry trading at 23,303, indicating a constructive outlook for Wednesday's session.

As reported by NDTV Profit, Ramkrishna Forgings approved the allotment of 3.35 lakh warrants and 3.35 lakh equity shares worth ₹52.7 crore. PNB Housing Fin approved the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹500 crore. Afcons Infra secured a massive Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹5,301 crore for the Breakwater Project at the Vadhvan Port. HCLTech launched a new Cybersecurity Fusion Center in Ontario to expand its cybersecurity capabilities in Canada.

According to reports from NDTV Profit, the government has nominated Vijay Namdeorao Zade as a Part-Time Official Director at Garden Reach Shipbuilders. NLC India announced that the government will exercise its oversubscription option for up to a 1% stake in the ongoing OFS, bringing the total offer size to 4.2 lakh crore shares, or a 3% stake. In Ajanta Pharma, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought 21.02 lakh shares, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund bought 13.47 lakh shares, and Ravi Agrawal Trust sold 34.50 lakh shares at ₹2,968 each. Paisalo Digital saw promoter group pledging activities, with Pri Caf promoter group pledging 18.10 lakh shares, Pro Fitcch promoter group pledging 18.10 lakh shares, and Equilibrated Venture Cflow promoter group pledging 49.09 lakh shares.
