Brigade Enterprises Ltd lost 2.26% today to trade at ₹647.45, according to reports from Business Standard. The BSE Realty index declined 1.6% to quote at 5,861.45. Among other realty sector constituents, Lodha Developers Ltd decreased 2.17% and Godrej Properties Ltd lost 1.88% on the day.
According to Business Standard reports, Brigade Enterprises Ltd has lost 16.58% over the last one month, significantly outperforming the 3.15% fall in the BSE Realty index and 4.73% drop in the SENSEX. The BSE Realty index has declined 18.07% over the last year, compared to the 7.86% fall in the benchmark SENSEX. On the BSE, 1,173 shares were traded in the counter so far, compared with average daily volumes of 25,524 shares in the past one month.
As reported by Business Standard, the stock hit a record high of ₹1,332.35 on 05 June 2025. The stock also hit a 52-week low of ₹615 on 23 March 2026. The current trading price of ₹647.45 represents a significant decline from the recent highs, reflecting the broader market pressure on realty stocks.
