The company announced that the NCDs have been fully subscribed, demonstrating strong investor confidence in the offering.
The NCD issue, which opened on 7 August 2026 and was originally scheduled to close on 20 August 2026, witnessed strong investor participation and achieved full subscription ahead of schedule. As reported by Business Standard, the company has decided to exercise the option for early closure and closed the issue on Monday, 17 August 2026. This early closure reflects the robust demand for the securities and the company's ability to capitalize on strong investor interest.
The ₹300 crore issuance represents the first tranche under Paisalo Digital's approved ₹900 crore NCD programme. According to the company announcement, this initial tranche demonstrates the company's commitment to accessing the debt capital markets for funding requirements.
