According to Farside Investors data, U.S. crypto ETFs recorded approximately $70.7 million in combined net outflows during the September 14-18 trading week, as withdrawals from Ether funds outweighed demand for Bitcoin, Solana, and Hyperliquid products. Zcash (ZEC) spot exchange-traded funds drew $98.21 million in the week ending September 18, marking the largest inflow among 14 crypto products and maintaining its leadership position. Grayscale's ZCSH ETF has now scheduled a 3-for-1 share split effective September 30, 2026, tripling shares without changing investment value. ZCSH closed at $117.72 on September 18 after rising sharply during the previous two sessions, with the fund having surpassed $500 million in assets within two weeks of its August launch. The split will distribute two additional shares for each existing share, with trading continuing on NYSE Arca as ZCSH with the same CUSIP number.
As reported by Farside Investors, both complexes opened the week positively, with Bitcoin ETFs taking in $159.9 million on Monday before losing $450.4 million on Tuesday and $295.9 million on Wednesday. However, investors returned on Thursday with $159.5 million, followed by a massive $433 million inflow on Friday - the largest daily inflow of the week. The Federal Reserve's 25 basis point rate hike to 3.75%-4.00% on Wednesday triggered additional losses, with Bitcoin shedding another $295.98 million and Ethereum losing $224.11 million. September 16 saw the largest outflow, totaling $295.98 million, followed by $450.33 million on September 15. However, Bitcoin recovered strongly on September 18 with $433.03 million in inflows, helping offset previous losses. The late reversal coincided with Bitcoin's return above $80,000 on Friday as oil prices eased and crypto-linked stocks recovered.
According to Farside Investors reports, the Zcash ETF has now logged four consecutive positive weeks since launching in late August, taking in $271 million in total. Assets jumped 40.5% last week to $914.5 million, making Zcash the third-largest altcoin ETF product behind XRP and Solana. Trading volume reached $11.42 billion, or 32.5% of all spot crypto ETF turnover, demonstrating significant market interest in the privacy-focused cryptocurrency. The largest inflow for the reporting period was recorded by BlackRock's IBIT at $120.66 million, followed by Fidelity's FBTC with $79.93 million. Bitwise's BSOL generated $58.7 million of the weekly total, giving the Bitwise fund almost 97% of the category's weekly net intake. More recent figures reported by The Block put cumulative net inflows above $233 million since the Aug. 25 debut and net assets at roughly $890 million as of September 17, with cumulative ZCSH trading volume above $11 billion.
As reported by Farside Investors, BlackRock's ETHA accounted for a net weekly outflow of $56.1 million despite taking in $114.3 million on Friday, while Fidelity's FETH lost $25.9 million and Bitwise's ETHW shed $33.1 million. Grayscale's ETHE posted $31.4 million in withdrawals, and VanEck's ETHV lost $10.3 million. September 16 saw the largest outflow at $224.11 million, followed by $142 million on Tuesday and $39.3 million on Thursday. However, Ethereum ETFs attracted $143.7 million on Friday, helping partially offset earlier losses. BlackRock's ETHB and Grayscale's lower-fee ETH fund moved in the opposite direction, taking in $7 million and $16.2 million, respectively. Ether's negative weekly result widened the gap with Bitcoin products, as Bitcoin ETFs recovered nearly all of their midweek redemptions while Friday demand for Ether funds covered only part of the $405.4 million withdrawn across the prior three sessions.
According to Farside Investors, Solana ETFs drew $60.7 million for the week, the strongest total among the four tracked crypto assets, with Bitwise's BSOL generating $58.7 million of the weekly total. Solana funds received $11 million on Monday, $1.3 million on Tuesday and $800,000 on Wednesday, followed by $47.6 million on Friday.
