According to CoinGecko data, Stellar's XLM price rose 2.7% to $0.2135 following BVNK's announcement of adding Stellar to its stablecoin payments platform. The integration opens the network to business payments across more than 130 markets, with BVNK making Stellar available through its existing API for payments, payouts, remittances, and treasury transfers. As reported by BVNK, customers can use the new rail without building a separate blockchain connection or changing their current payment systems, with the company managing the blockchain connection within its platform. The arrangement adds a network designed for fast and low-cost transfers to BVNK's set of settlement options, allowing businesses to route payments through networks available within the platform without selecting and maintaining separate connections for each blockchain.
According to CoinGecko data, XLM traded between $0.2062 and $0.2198 during the daily period, with the token showing an 11.2% gain during the past week. The cryptocurrency recorded $403.3 million in daily trading volume, while XLM's circulating market value reached approximately $7.46 billion. CoinGecko estimated that about 35 billion XLM were in circulation out of a maximum supply of approximately 50 billion tokens, with the token remaining about 75.6% below its record price of $0.8756. The price action was supported by increased volume during the recent rise, indicating broadening investor participation and credibility to the breakout, with the wider chart keeping things in a positive direction as XLM traded above four key average price lines.
According to AMBCrypto, Stellar's expanding on-chain liquidity demonstrates why a wider range of financial activities are flowing onto the network. The stablecoin market capitalization stands past $900 million, enabling further liquidity for settlement and payment. More importantly, stablecoin transfers have averaged $8.94 billion during a period of thirty days, with more than nine times the total outstanding supply being transferred. This level of turnover indicates repeated settlement flows occurring throughout the network's liquidity base. Similarly, RWA value has now reached $3.33 billion, with users who hold RWA growing by 10.23% to reach 21,124 and transaction volumes averaging $542.41 million. BVNK's payment infrastructure recorded $55.6 billion in volume during 2025 and processed 3.6 billion transactions, with the company reporting 99.99% uptime and an average settlement time of about five seconds.
The BVNK integration follows Mastercard's completion of its acquisition of BVNK in August, which valued the company at up to $1.8 billion and placed its blockchain payment technology within Mastercard's global operation. As reported by Mastercard, the purchase supports transfers between fiat money and digital currencies, with the company linking BVNK's infrastructure with Mastercard Move, which provides money-transfer services across multiple currencies and markets. The announcement also follows a live transaction conducted by U.S. Bank with its proprietary USBDC stablecoin, where the bank moved funds between its entities in North America and Europe using Stellar. The current move above $0.22 represents a significant technical development for the cryptocurrency, with the breakout now confirmed as XLM has maintained its position above this level, though the price reaching its 52-week high range indicates strong market confidence and suggests potential for continued upward movement in the near term.
