OKX uses zk-STARK technology to allow users to confirm their balances were included in liability calculations without exposing individual account information. Users can download an inclusion proof from their OKX account and run the exchange's open-source zk-STARK validator to test whether their balance was included and separately verify total-balance and non-negative-balance constraints. For reserve assets, OKX publishes wallet-address files that allow users to check signatures and balances against the blockchain. The September report is listed under ID 502299735 using zk-STARK v2 for both reserve and liability files, with previous downloadable snapshots dated August 11, July 7, June 19, May 7, April 20 and March 3. OKX also provides open-source verification tools on GitHub and downloadable proof files, noting that the report represents a snapshot of balances at publication time and does not reflect changes after the snapshot.
