Artificial Superintelligence Alliance [FET] price climbed 11.24% to $0.2012 at press time, as heightened spot participation pushed the AI token towards an important supply zone, according to AMBCrypto. The price pump correlated with the renewed AI-sector demand, which implied stronger participation across the AI-linked crypto tokens. The broader AI token sector gained approximately 9.4%, while the overall cryptocurrency market only rose by 1.9%. This difference reflected a stronger capital rotation towards AI-linked assets during the trading sessions.
The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance's trading activity supported the move, with spot volume surging 35.69% in 24 hours during the price appreciation, as reported by AMBCrypto. The price recovery emerged alongside greater market participation, with the sector backdrop providing another context for FET's relative strength as AI-linked assets collectively pulled stronger interest as the narrative regained market attention.
FET's price rally encountered an important supply test as exchange balances pushed into the opposite direction, according to AMBCrypto reports. The Exchange Reserve USD was up 14.01% to approximately $41.7 million during the rally period, as reported by CryptoQuant. The rising exchange reserves increased the amount of FET available across exchange wallets as the token approached the overhead supply zone, creating additional sell-side risk since holders had greater immediate access to exchange liquidity. However, the exchange reserve rise alone did not necessarily reinforce that holders had started selling those tokens.
FET's derivatives market provided additional perspective as market participants increased exposure alongside the spot market recovery, as reported by CoinGlass. The Binance top traders accounted for 72.89% long accounts, while short accounts represented the remaining 27.11%, resulting in a Long/Short Ratio of 2.69. The funding conditions also strengthened the positioning shift, as FET's OI-Weighted Funding Rate rose to 0.0166%, suggesting long-position holders paid shorts as the leveraged exposure remained tilted towards further price advance. However, the increasingly crowded long positioning raised vulnerability to any price rejection around the nearby supply zone.
During the price surge, FET reached the $0.2100 supply area after rebounding from the $0.1742-support, placing its recovery against a major technical barrier, according to AMBCrypto analysis. The MACD indicator strengthened during the approach rather than weakening as the token entered the overhead supply zone, with the MACD line at 0.0091 remaining above its signal line at 0.0059 as the green histogram bars expanded. A decisive daily close beyond the $0.2100 supply zone could open a path towards the next key resistance at $0.2538, while failure to absorb supply around this zone could instead push the token towards $0.1742, where bulls previously established support.
