According to reports from Inc42, the company's revenue from operations witnessed a robust 49.94% increase to ₹671.91 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25. Profit before tax stood at ₹54.46 crore, marking a significant 31.96% growth from ₹41.27 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The sequential growth was equally impressive with profit rising 9.4% from ₹37.1 crore in Q3 FY26.
The company demonstrated strong operational efficiency with adjusted EBITDA reaching ₹60.46 crore in Q4 FY26, representing a substantial 62.4% year-on-year growth. As reported by Inc42, the EBITDA margin improved to 9.8% in Q4 FY26, compared to 9% in Q4 FY25. Total expenses rose 43.89% to ₹549.77 crore during the quarter, while cost of point redemption was ₹221.61 crore (down 36.17% YoY) and employee benefits expense stood at ₹16.46 crore (down 3.46% YoY).
On an annual basis, Zaggle delivered impressive results with topline revenue of ₹1,907.6 crore (up 46.3% YoY), adjusted EBITDA of ₹191.6 crore (up 51% YoY), and PAT of ₹138.8 crore (up 51.8% YoY). According to the company's statement reported by Inc42, this marked the third consecutive quarter of record performance, with the company closing FY26 on a strong footing. The quarterly performance was supported by sustained margin improvement and strategic initiatives undertaken during the year.
During FY26, Zaggle completed several strategic acquisitions including Greenedge Enterprises and Rivpe Technology (rebranded as Zagg.Money), further enhancing capabilities and expanding the product ecosystem. As reported by Inc42, the company entered the consumer retail credit card market, marking an important milestone. Additionally, Zaggle established Zaggle Payments IFSC Ltd in GIFT City, which will serve as a key platform for global cross-border payments and financial services ambitions. Looking ahead, the company projects standalone revenue growth of 25-30% and consolidated revenue growth of around 40% for FY27, driven by AI-first product development and expansion into MENA and US markets.
