Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd delivered exceptional fourth quarter results for FY26, with net profit rising 66.06% year-on-year to ₹155.7 crore, compared to ₹93.76 crore in the same period last year. According to reports from CNBC TV18, the company's revenue more than doubled to ₹1,102.4 crore from ₹476.6 crore a year ago, reflecting robust topline growth during the quarter. The EPC arm of the Waaree Group reported EBITDA increasing 63.7% to ₹206.8 crore versus ₹126.31 crore in the year-ago period, though margins declined to 18.8% from 26.5% on a yearly basis.
For the complete financial year FY26, Waaree Renewable posted revenue from operations of ₹3,331.42 crore, up 108.51% year-on-year compared to ₹1,597.75 crore in FY25. As reported by CNBC TV18, the company's EBITDA stood at ₹641.10 crore, rising 106.21% from ₹310.90 crore, while net profit increased 109.09% to ₹478.65 crore from ₹228.92 crore in the previous year. The strong annual performance demonstrates the company's consistent growth trajectory in the renewable energy sector.
On the operational front, Waaree Renewable reported an unexecuted order book of 2.83 GWp, which is slated for execution over the next 12–15 months. According to the exchange filing reported by CNBC TV18, the company's bidding pipeline continued to gain momentum, reaching over 36 GWp. Recently, the company secured new orders including a 420 MWp ground-mounted solar power project, a 35 MWp project, and a 14 MWp ground-mounted solar power project. These developments position the company well for continued growth in the renewable energy sector.
Before the results announcement, Waaree Renewable ended the session on the NSE at ₹1,064, up 2.36% or ₹24.55. As reported by CNBC TV18, Manmohan Sharma, CFO of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, commented on the results: "We are pleased to conclude FY26 with a stellar and consistent financial performance with revenue of ₹3,331.42 crore as compared to ₹1,597.75 crore for FY25, reflecting a robust growth of 108.51%." He added that India's renewable energy sector continues to build strong momentum with total installed renewable capacity crossing 274 GW while solar contributed over 150 GW as of March 2026.
