
According to reports from Business Standard, Voltas reported a significant decline in profitability for the quarter ended March 2026. The company's consolidated net profit fell 51.80% to ₹116.18 crore compared to ₹241.02 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Despite the profit decline, the company managed to achieve sales growth of 2.44%, with revenue rising to ₹4,843.54 crore from ₹4,728.04 crore in Q4 FY25.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's full-year performance showed even steeper declines. Net profit for the financial year ended March 2026 declined 55.33% to ₹375.88 crore compared to ₹841.37 crore in the previous financial year. The annual revenue also contracted, declining 7.82% to ₹14,122.99 crore from ₹15,320.45 crore in FY25. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 3.81% in Q4 FY26 from 3.66% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) declined 43% to ₹205.09 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹357.22 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full year, PBDT fell 47% to ₹667.70 crore compared to ₹1,252.53 crore in the previous year. PBT (Profit Before Tax) decreased 46% to ₹184.50 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹343.17 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's PBT for the full year declined 51% to ₹583.60 crore from ₹1,190.75 crore in FY25.
