The company's financial challenges were primarily driven by a substantial decline in sales performance. Sales dropped 70.55% to ₹4.48 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to ₹15.21 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. As reported by Business Standard, this dramatic revenue decline contributed significantly to the company's overall financial performance deterioration during the quarter.
The company's operational efficiency metrics showed concerning trends during the quarter. Operating profit margin (OPM) turned negative at -15.63% compared to a positive 0.59% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Additionally, PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) declined to -₹0.67 crore from ₹0.95 crore in Q3 FY25, while PBT (Profit Before Tax) also turned negative at -₹0.70 crore compared to a positive ₹0.94 crore in the previous year's quarter.
