The ESOP allotment has resulted in a minimal increase in the company's paid-up share capital. As reported by Business Standard, the paid-up share capital has increased from ₹46,73,22,78,060 to ₹46,75,89,98,060. This represents an increase of approximately ₹2.67 crore in total share capital.
The allotment has expanded the company's total equity share base from 4,67,32,27,806 shares to 4,67,58,99,806 shares. According to Business Standard, each share maintains a face value of ₹10, indicating no change in the nominal value per share despite the increase in total shares outstanding.
