
According to reports from Business Standard, V B Desai Financial Services delivered mixed results for the quarter ended March 2026. The company's standalone net profit increased by 5.00% to ₹0.21 crore compared to ₹0.20 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, sales declined by 12.68% to ₹0.62 crore during the quarter ended March 2026, down from ₹0.71 crore in the same period last year.
As reported by Business Standard, the company demonstrated stronger annual performance with net profit rising 55.36% to ₹0.87 crore for the full year ended March 2026, compared to ₹0.56 crore in the previous year. Sales remained relatively stable, increasing by 0.35% to ₹2.84 crore in the year ended March 2026, up from ₹2.83 crore in the previous year. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 1.61% in the March 2026 quarter, compared to 4.23% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
According to the financial data reported by Business Standard, PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) declined by 10% to ₹0.28 crore in the March 2026 quarter, compared to ₹0.31 crore in the previous year. PBT (Profit Before Tax) also decreased by 10% to ₹0.28 crore during the quarter. For the full year, PBDT increased by 53% to ₹1.18 crore from ₹0.77 crore in the previous year, while PBT rose by 52% to ₹1.17 crore.
